Reaching in the Thaw

Though melting or mud season typically isn't thought of as a good time for photography, you can get opportunities liked this shot. When there is a warmer day with rain, there is often fog when there is snowpack remaining. When that happens, I head to farm fields with interesting trees like this to take advantage of the simplified composition.
